Hilary Duff had a bit of a rough go this Thanksgiving break.
On Monday, Dec. 2, the Lizzie McGuire alum, 37, shared photos on her Instagram as she took a moment to round up the busy week spent with her four kids.
In one sweet photo, Duff holds up her baby daughter Townes, whom she welcomed in May, as her daughters Banks, 6, and Mae, 3, as well as son Luca, 12, pose in front of her. Husband Matthew Koma snaps the family photo, wearing sunglasses and a hat.

In August, the mom of four shared a carousel of photos on her Instagram as her daughter Banks headed to her first day of kindergarten. In the sweet snaps, Banks could be seen wearing a pleated khaki skirt, white shirt and a navy sweater, and smiling as she sported a tan backpack and boots.
Other photos showed Banks holding up a sign that read "My First Day of Kindergarten," which also listed her favorite color as light blue, her favorite food as the Goop Kitchen pizza and noted she wants to be a teacher when she grows up.
"My queen. My boss. My CEO. My top dog. My big cheese. My kindergartener. Let’s go baby girl!!!" Duff wrote in her caption.
"How does she know it’s my life’s work to chase her around with the hair brush all morning to make sure we don’t have a melt down [sic] about a hair out of place????" she joked.
Earlier that summer, Duff got candid about what it's been like transitioning from three kids to four kids. Posting a few photos on her Instagram Stories, she admitted that it's been hard to find time with all of her kids after welcoming her baby daughter Townes in May.
In one photo, Duff showed herself breastfeeding Townes. "Never want to forget this and also the amount of time it takes is so complicated with so many other kids," Duff wrote over the photo.
Another black-and-white photo showed Duff and Townes snuggling in bed together. "I was very tired here. Because this s--- is hard," she wrote.
Later that night, Duff posted a photo of her crying baby on her Stories. "Just so it doesn't all look great...it's a s--- ton of this too 😞."
