Hidden detail in Vanessa Hudgens' see-through dress snap: 'Beautiful'

Vanessa Hudgens is known for taking fashion risks and has proudly taken part in the current sheer dress trend that has taken over Hollywood. It comes as no surprise that she stepped out in another racy outfit at the New York premiere of her new Tubi film Dead Hot.

The High School Musical star stunned in her daring outfit, which consisted of a black see-through Missoni dress worn on top of a black bra and black shorts. The designer dress was covered with large white flowers and had a solid black turtleneck neckline.

The dress reached to her ankles, and she accessorised with a chunky black leather jacket hung on her shoulders. She wore high, patent leather boots with a stiletto heel, and carried a Givenchy bag in one hand.

To finish off her look, her hair was slicked back into a classic high ponytail and she sported a dramatic smoky eye.

Some fans spotted a hidden detail in Vanessa's look, pointing out her show of support for fellow Disney star Selena Gomez's beauty brand Rare Beauty. The 34-year-old chose to wear Rare Beauty’s Worthy lipstick, a delightful muted mauve shade.

The Princess Switch star also went without any statement jewellery, choosing to show off her dazzling engagement ring given to her by fiancé Cole Tucker last year.

Vanessa also shared some naps of her gothic-inspired look on Instagram to promote her new film. “A lil glam moment for Dead Hot on Tubi April 14,” she wrote in the caption.

Fans went wild over her risqué look, flooding the comment section with praise.

“So beautiful, a perfect queen,” one fan gushed.

“You look very pretty in that outfit,” another wrote.

“She’s a natural stunning girl but I think her makeup has NEVER looked better,” a third exclaimed.

“Mother serving looks once again,” another added.

However, there were some fans who didn’t like the star’s bold choice.

“It looks like she put giant stickers on herself,” a fan tweeted, while another said the dress looked “tacky”.
