It all started on Thursday night during a House Oversight Committee meeting when Marjorie Taylor Greene told Representative Jasmine Crockett of Texas, "I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading."

This led AOC to demand that Marjorie Taylor Greene's words be stricken from the record, which the NYT reported would mean she wouldn't be able to speak for the rest of the session.
