Every fall, there is understandable hype around which celebrities will be part of the latest crop of the Dancing with the Stars season. After all, the appeal of the series from its 2005 inception is watching people from the world of entertainment, sports, social media, and beyond try something new in ballroom dance. But just as equally important: Their partners. DWTS has built a repertoire of star pro dancers over the decades. The question is, which one of them will be coming in for Season 33?

Dancing with the Stars Pros for Season 33
Witney Carson
Witney Carson is making her much-anticipated return to DWTS for Season 33. This marks the fourteenth season for Witney, who took last year off to spend time with her growing family. She is the first formally-announced pro confirmed for Season 33, saying on Instagram, "I am back on Dancing With the Stars, and I cannot wait to get back on the dance floor."
Jenna Johnson
After nearly winning Season 30 as part of the first DWTS same-sex pair with Jojo Siwa, Jenna took one season off before coming back to the show for Season 32. She has done seven seasons so far, winning the athletes season with Adam Rippon. She is also married to fellow DWTS pro Val Chmerkovskiy, and had their first son Rome in January 2023. Eagle-eyed fans have spotted Jenna in L.A. recently, prompting speculation that she'd be back again.
Rylee Arnold
Rylee is the most recent addition to DWTS. Though it runs in the dancer's blood, as she is the younger sister of former pro Lindsay Arnold. Rylee made her DWTS debut during Season 32, where she attracted attention during her controversial run with Harry Jowsey (including rumors of a romance between the two). Though her spot has yet to be confirmed, Lindsay has said in interviews that she hopes the show would have Rylee back, and she is located in L.A. for easy access to the studio.

Emma Slater
Emma has been one of the big faces of the Dancing with the Stars tour the past couple of years, hosting the show and appearing in nearly all of its marketing. Considering how much the tour and the show are linked, we weren't surprised to see her come back for her sixteenth season.
Daniella Karagach
Fans have loved getting to see Daniella take to the dance floor to compete alongside her husband and fellow pro Pasha. She gave birth to the couple's first child in May 2023, then appeared on DWTS that fall. We have also seen Danielle show up in preseason promotional materials for Season 33. So it's safe to say, barring any surprises, we should see the Season 30 champ once again.
Pasha Pashkov
Where Daniella goes, Pasha is not far behind. And it looks like Pasha was also spotted in Season 33 promotional materials, making him likely to return. Pasha will be coming back for his sixth season of DWTS.
Alan Bersten
Like Pasha and Dani, Alan's face has also been spotted in promotional materials for Season 33. So we would not be surprised to see his name on the roster for his ninth straight DWTS season.

Sasha Farber
Sasha is another pro who has been spotted in promotional materials. Across his eleven DWTS seasons, Sasha has made the final four times, impressively twice in a row. Most recently, he was paired up with Alyson Hannigan, making the finale as an unprecedented fifth couple.
Val Chmerkovskiy
The most tenured pro currently on DWTS, Val has expressed interest in coming back for this season. Season 32 was a high-water mark for his time on the show, winning alongside Xochitl Gomez and earning an Emmy nomination alongside his wife Jenna Johnson for his tribute to late head judge Len Goodman. Season 33 will be his twentieth season on DWTS.
Brandon Armstrong
Brandon's voice was allegedly heard in the background of a video on social media that had many of the DWTS gathered for a preseason dinner. If he's on, this would be Brandon's seventh season, after participating in the past five seasons in a row.
Kristyn Burtt, a news reporter and notable Dancing with the Stars insider, has rumored that this may be a smaller cast than usual, revealing it might be as small as 10 pairs. That leaves a considerable amount of previous pros on the bubble, including Gleb Savchenko, Britt Stewart, Koko Iwasaki, and Peta Murgatroyd. There is also the shocking news of Artem Chigvintsev's recent arrest for domestic violence, though a rep for DWTS told TVLine that, even prior to the arrest, Artem was not expected to appear on Season 33.
