Heidi Klum and daughter Leni model lingerie in new campaign photoshoot

Heidi Klum and her eldest daughter, Leni Olumi Klum, have tag-teamed on another modeling campaign.

The mother-daughter duo on Monday debuted their latest photoshoot with Intimissimi, in which they model fall/winter looks from the Italian lingerie brand in photos and a video of them frolicking in lacy undergarments. Heidi posed in a wine-colored scalloped bralette and "'80s style Brazilian" underwear while her 20-year-old daughter donned a lacy black bra-and-underwear set.

"@Leniklum and I had so much fun shooting this," Heidi, 51, captioned her post about the campaign. "Find us on billboards all over Germany and on TV!"

The mom and daughter have posed for several Intimissimi collections over the past two years, including a red-themed line of intimates for Christmas last year. Leni started modeling in 2020, when she was 16, with her mom playing assistant in her first-ever magazine shoot for Vogue Germany.

"You're my best friend because I can tell you everything," Leni told her mom in a video taken during the shoot.

In a "Newlywed Game"-style video for the magazine paired with the photo shoot, Heidi revealed her favorite thing to wear is "nothing." "I just thought because I usually don't wear that much," she explained.

Leni also revealed she would get rid of "100%" of the apparel in her mom's closet, saying, "I don't take that much from your closet. I take stuff from (stepfather) Tom (Kaulitz)'s closet."

Commenters find lingerie campaign 'kinda weird'

The most-liked comments under Leni's and the brand's Instagram posts, unfortunately, don't take too kindly to the Klums' newest marketing materials.

Under a video of Heidi and Leni twirling in their Intimissimi-wear while filming each other, several social media users blasted the promotional clip for showing a mother and daughter posing in lingerie in front of each other.

"This is really weird and inappropriate," one comment noted. Another user concurred under Leni's post: "This is kinda weird."

A comment with more than 6,000 likes reads: "Quite strange to do this with your mum."

Though Leni had several modeling opportunities while growing up, her mom preferred to keep her out of the public eye. When she turned 16, however, Heidi deemed Leni "old enough" to pursue a modeling career.

"It was only a matter of time before I would try to become a model myself. The first offer came when I was only 12 or 13, from a brand I liked to wear: Brandy Melville. At that time I begged my mother, but no chance," Leni told Vogue Germany in 2020. "Now I understand that it would have been too early."

Leni is Heidi's only child with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, and British singer Seal adopted Leni during his nearly decade-long relationship with Heidi, which resulted in three children: Lou, Johan and Henry.
