Reality star Heather Rae Young has caused shockwaves online after revealing a tattoo she got on her bum, as a surprise for her fiancé, Tarek El Moussa.
The 33-year-old who appears in the Netflix hit, Selling Sunset, debuted the tattoo on her Instagram page yesterday
"Yes sir, Mr. El Moussa" the tattoo reads in a joint handwriting style font.
"Happy Valentine's Day Mr. El Moussa" Heather wrote in the Instagram caption.
"I love you handsome! Best Friends Forever."
Her fiancé, fellow reality star Tarek El Moussa of Flip or Flop, wrote back in the comments saying: "Forever and ever and ever."
Heather deleted the image just hours later, however it hasn’t stopped it from being posted elsewhere, where people were divided on what they thought of the design.
Many said they loved the gesture and called it ‘beautiful’.
However others weren’t so sure about the permanent ink, with one person writing online: “This feels like a bad idea”.
“This is terrible on so many levels,” another person wrote, with someone else wondering: “Did he get one too?”
According to People magazine, the tattoo was a surprise for her fiancé, so it’s unclear if he will get a matching one or not.
Heather let her fans in on the tattoo process on February 9th, when she took to her Instagram stories from the tattoo parlour.
"It's very meaningful because I'm doing it for my fiancé," Heather told her fans online.
"It's something that's just for us, so you might not get to see it.
"I'm really excited but I'm really really nervous. I was very nervous when I came in, now I'm feeling a lot more calm."
Heather and Tarek got engaged in July 2020 on their one year anniversary. The pair are planning to marry this year.
