Many TikTok users were left in tears over the video.

A heartbreaking video of The Wiggles visiting a terminally ill fan on her final day has gone viral after the young girl's mother shared it to TikTok.

TikTok user @keish-el joined the app this week and has shared several videos of her young daughter Zahra, who sadly passed away a month ago from Leigh syndrome, a rare neurometabolic disorder that affects the central nervous system.

"We were told she wouldn't make it off the breathing tube," the mother wrote in one video. "When she was well enough we took her off the breathing tube. We had one full day doing all of her favourite things with family and friends."

In another video, she shared footage of The Wiggles' Lachie Gillespie, Lucia Field and Dorothy the Dinosaur by Zahra's bedside, singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

The performers put a smile on Zahra's face as she followed along, performing the hand movements with the group.

"On Zahra's last day, she got a special visit from her fav Wiggles," Zahra's mum wrote, adding, "This day was so special to us, Zahra was obsessed with the Wiggles and for them to come and see her is a memory we will never forget."

"I am crying," one user said, while another added, "I can't handle it. I'm so sorry..my heart breaks for you."

"I can't even imagine, I'm so sorry," a third said.

"I'm crying, such a beautiful moment," someone else wrote.

"Can't imagine, will hug my children so much tighter tonight," another said.

Lucia also commented on the video, writing, "Lachy and I were so grateful to have met your beautiful family. May your beautiful little girl be happily resting."

Others described the video as "heart-wrenching" and commended the performers for keeping it together for their time with Zahra.
