Beyonce Says Motherhood Prompted Her To Exercise
Beyoncé Knowles said motherhood encouraged her to exercise.
The 34-year-old 'Formation' hitmaker - who unveiled her fitness range Ivy Park Spring/Summer 2016 collection last week - has admitted she was propelled into fitness after giving birth to her four-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.

Speaking in the May issue of Elle magazine about her active-wear brand, which she named after her child with husband Jay Z, she said: "I think having a child and growing older made me get more into health and fitness."
However, the former Destiny's Child vocalist has admitted that her favourite high street shopping brand Topshop - which her Ivy Park partner, Sir Philip Green chairs - helps to keep her feeling youthful.
Beyoncé - who channels Jennifer Beals in the iconic 1980s dance film 'Flashdance' in the campaign - explained: "I've been shopping at Topshop for probably 10 years now. It's one of the only places where I can actually shop by myself. It makes me feel like a teenager. Whenever I was in London, it was like a ritual for me - I'd put my hat down low and have a good time getting lost in the clothes."
Even though the garments are ready to hit the shops, Beyoncé still can't get to grips with the launch of her latest venture, and won't accept it until she witnesses women wearing her Ivy Park creations.

She said: "It won't be real until I see women at the gym, in the park, on the street wearing the collection, sweating in it and loving it."
