Halsey is opening up to her fans about a serious health battle that she's been dealing with privately.

In a series of photos and videos shared on Instagram on Tuesday, June 4, the music artist gave her followers a glimpse at the numerous doctors appointments and hospital visits she's had since dealing with a chronic illness.

Halsey, 29, didn't share an exact diagnosis but did tag two accounts in her post: the Lupus Research Alliance and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, signifying that she could be battling one or more of the serious conditions.

"long story short, i'm Lucky to be alive," she wrote in her post, which featured a video of the "Be Kind" singer hooked up to an IV and starting her "day one of treatment."

The post also included a montage video of different doctor's visits and treatment sessions, as well as a short video of Halsey crying in front of the camera.

She didn't share much about her condition, but she appears to be gearing up to tell her fans more about it in her upcoming album.

"short story long, i wrote an album," she added in her Instagram caption, sharing that the album begins with "The End," the title of her brand new single.

Halsey's fans immediately showered her with support after seeing the post, calling the singer-songwriter "so strong" for sharing her story.

"thank you for sharing this with us so we can give you all the love❤️❤️❤️" one fan wrote, while another encouraged Halsey by telling her, "You’re going to heal ❤️‍🩹. "

Her boyfriend, Avan Jogia, also wrote, "I love you and am so proud of you 🖤."
