Halle Berry has stunned her Instagram followers after sharing a photo of herself post-workout.
Fans have called Halle a ‘queen’ after the 54-year-old Monster’s Ball actress took to her account after a boxing session, showing off her insane six-pack in the process.
Halle’s fans were quick to comment, with one person saying: “50 what?”
Another person commented saying: “Holy moly guacamole this girl is on fire.”
Halle's personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas previously spoke to Prevention about how the star keeps in shape.
Peter revealed that the actress works harder than anyone he knows in the gym, "I’ve never met someone who’s as dedicated as Halle."
He revealed that her workout routine is varied and includes marital arts, boxing, strength and conditioning, and yoga.
Didn’t hear this live but internet keeps receipts. @97RockBuffalo morning hosts compared how they like their toast to black women’s skin tone. So just in case y’all missed it too, take a listen pic.twitter.com/6nVolu5a23

Halle also trains to perform her own stunt work with Peter saying that he bases his training for Halle on the way professional fighters train.
"Our routine is 70% boxing, martial arts, and strength and conditioning, while the rest is sports performance training with kettle bells, sand bags, and weights," he said.
Halle’s post comes after she hit back at a US radio host, who described toast settings when referring to the skin colour of famous Black women.
Rob Lederman brought up Halle on his The Morning Bull Show podcast, where he also referenced Serena Williams and Gayle King.
While saying that he “may get into trouble for this”, he said he would “never go to a Serena Williams level. But I'm very comfortable at a Halle Berry level. I need a little bit of mulatto still coming through,” he said.
Halle Berry hit back at the segment, taking to Twitter to write: “Disgusting. It’s ridiculous this type of nonsense is still being broadcasted across airwaves. ALL Black women are beautiful and worthy, Rob Lederman. GTFOH.”
