Mom duty never stops for Halle Bailey!

On Tuesday, July 16, the singer and actress, 24, shared a series of snaps on her Instagram Stories, which included an adorable photo of her 6-month-old son Halo, whom she shares with rapper boyfriend DDG.

In the cute vacation selfie, Bailey held onto her headscarf as she carried her son, who was dressed in a white and gray striped bodysuit.

Looking straight at the camera, Halo sported a gold baby bangle as he grabbed his foot, which was covered in sand.

Meanwhile, the mother of one also shared solo shots of herself sporting a scuba diving wetsuit and goggles by the ocean, raising her arms up at the beach while posing in a star-print bikini and frilly white skirt, and snapping a mirror selfie in a yellow strapless mini dress.

Dad DDG, 26, also shared a light-hearted video on Tuesday to highlight which parent Halo resembled.

“Maturing is realizing that my son looks more like me than his mama..,” the caption across the video read as the artist snuggled with Halo on a couch and kissed his head.

“He looks like him mama, stop playing!!!! 😂😂🙄🫣😩🤍,” one person commented, while another added, “After seeing yall baby pics y’all literally went half on a baby💀💀.”

Bailey and DDG revealed Halo’s face to the world for the first earlier this month after they shared a series of vacation snaps.

“halo’s first time in italy 🤍🌊," The Little Mermaid star wrote in her caption on Instagram as she shared three photos of the family of three posing by the ocean.

After announcing she had welcomed Halo in 2023 in an Instagram post on Jan. 6, 2024, Bailey explained at the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards in March 2024 why she kept her pregnancy under wraps despite the speculation.

“There was no way in hell I was going to share the biggest joy of my world with anyone,” she said. “Halo was my gift. He is the greatest blessing, and I had no obligation to expose him, me, or my family to that.”
