Dressing up for the office can understandably get droll, boring, and repetitive—unless, of course, you’re Hailey Bieber.
In a new Instagram photo dump, the cosmetics and skincare maven just demonstrated her take on business casual (pants need not be required). Posing on a winding wooden staircase, Hailey looked sharp in a black lapelless blazer which featured three glossy black buttons down the center and a cinched effect along the waist. Underneath the blazer, the model wore a beige micro minidress whose hemline was so short it barely grazed her upper thighs.
She polished off the outfit with black accents: a pair of transparent tights, pointed-toe pumps, a leather fold-over clutch bag, and some skinny sunglasses. She pulled her bronde hair up into a sleek high ponytail, then added a feminine touch with a glossy rose lip and her signature dewy blush.
Hailey’s Instagram round-up additionally included snaps from her recent vacation to Aspen, from a picture of deer sitting in snow to a black-and-white portrait of herself bundled up in a knit bonnet. The post also showed a photo of her husband, Justin Bieber, who looked warm in an oversize parka and black beanie.
While in Aspen, the model delivered several show-stopping street style looks alongside her pals, Kylie and Kendall Jenner. On one occasion, she was photographed wearing a massive shaggy black-and-white fur coat, which enveloped her down to her ankles. On another, she grabbed coffee with Kendall while dressed casually in a white tee, straight-leg jeans, a baseball cap, and a leather bomber jacket.
