‘The Greatest Showman’ Broadway Musical In Development; Disney Reveals ‘Frozen’ & ‘Hercules’ Stage Show News
The greatest show is hitting the stage.
The Greatest Showman is being adapted into a stage musical, Disney announced during its massive Entertainment Showcase at D23 on Friday night.

The announcement was accompanied by a rendition of the film’s marquee song, “The Greatest Show,” which brought the house down in front of 12,000-plus attendees at the Honda Center in Anaheim. No word yet on when the show might debut.

That wasn’t the only news out of Disney Theatrical’s portion of the presentation. The Mouse House also announced that Frozen the musical, which was filmed live on stage, will premiere on Disney+ in 2025. Also next year, Hercules the musical is hitting London’s West End.
