“Gravitas is thrilled to bring ‘Inhabitants’ to audiences this February,” said Gravitas Ventures acquisitions manager Mackenzie Maguire. “This haunted ride explores religious guilt in relationships, and will be the perfect escape from the traditional Valentine’s Day romance.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Gravitas Ventures to bring ‘Inhabitants’ to the widest audience possible,” said McClung. “Our film deals with a wide range of subject matter — fear, guilt, faith, relationships — that we’re hoping will make it resonate beyond its initial premise. But above all, this is a spooky movie to watch on a rainy night. We are excited to share it with the world.”

Thomas Rennier serves as producer for Genesius. Executive producers include Todd Slater and Brandon Evans for Brick Lane Entertainment, Frank Tai, Michael Farmer, Steve Rennier, Palle Gravesen Jensen, Guillermo Roman, Van Theodorou, Richard Thieriot and Jordan Reinwald.

Gravitas’ Maguire negotiated the deal with Slater of Brick Lane Entertainment on behalf of the filmmakers.
