Gogglebox star's emotional farewell

Yvie Jones bid farewell to the TV show that shot her to fame in December 2018, and now the ex-Gogglebox star is saying another emotional goodbye.

This time Yvie is wishing her life in Sydney - where she lived with her co-star Angie - adieu and is headed to Melbourne for a radio gig.

The I’m A Celebrity star posted two teary videos to her Instagram page, the first giving followers an update on her other housemate of eight years, Tom, who has down syndrome.

“So as most of you know, I'm moving to Melbourne and I won't be living in Sydney anymore which means I won't be living with this guy anymore,” she said, panning the camera to show Tom sitting beside her on their iconic red couch.

Yvie went on to explain that Tom - who has promised to visit her new home - now has a new carer and will stay in Sydney.

“Tom has a new carer called Jo... she's a very nice lady... tomorrow they're going in the pool,” she added.

In the second video, Yvie and Tom - along with Yvie’s four dogs - are seen driving in her car before embracing for a tender goodbye hug.

The touching clip has left her famous followers all worked up.

“I’m bawling,” wrote Celeste Barber while MAFS’ star Ryan Gallagher admitted, “This made me sad.”

Yvie’s new co-host Brendan ‘Fev’ Fevola commented a simple love heart.

It was revealed last month that the bubbly blonde would be relocating south to fill in for new mum Fifi Box on her Fox FM show The Fifi, Fev & Byron Catch Up.

Fifi gave birth to her second child, a daughter Daisy Belle, on June 26 and has been on maternity leave since.

Yvie’s other housemate Angie Kent is gearing up to find love as Australia’s newest Bachelorette.

“Who am I to turn down the chance to find love?! Let’s give it a red hot go!” Watch this space –the adventure awaits!” she said.
