The three-day event, with a Southern twist, will return on Nov. 14.

Kish opened up to PEOPLE in an exclusive interview at the 2024 festival about succeeding Lakshmi as the host of Top Chef.

"I don't know if I would've been the person to step into that role if she hadn't held it for 19 seasons, and I don't take that lightly," she said. "She formed the pathway and the road, and then it was my job to be me and drive down that road."

Kish continued, "You have to obviously give credit where credit is due."
