2015 was also the year I lost my phone in a bar in New York City, strange pictures of a man taking selfies with an orange tree started showing up on my new phone, I became a meme on the Chinese internet, I traveled to China, I became a celeb there, made a friend for life, and NOW it's a documentary.

Let me slow down a bit for those of you not in the *know.*

10 years ago, my phone was stolen in a bar. I bought a new phone, and pictures I NEVER took started appearing on it. I posted those mysterious photos in an article called "Who Is This Man And Why Are His Photos Showing Up On My Phone," and then things got really strange.

The Chinese internet found the story and found that man, affectionately naming him "Brother Orange."

They (the Chinese internet) demanded we meet, so I traveled halfway around the world to meet Brother Orange on the wildest trip of my life.

We were riding around in cars with our faces on it.

And millions of people across China watched me take a mud bath with a man I had JUST met.
