The former 'The Hills' and 'The City' star married Tim Rosenman in Palm Springs today, with Port confirming the news to US Weekly.

"It's such a great feeling!" she said. "We finally get to stop saying fiance and be husband and wife! We really always knew we would end up together and now we can start a new amazing chapter in our lives. The wedding was everything we hoped it would be and will cherish the memories for the rest of our lives."

Port recently admitted that she knew Rosenman was "the one" from the moment they met.

"I know this sounds super cheesy, but I feel like the night that I met him as soon as I met him I just knew I loved him," said Port. "I know it sounds crazy, but I feel like you can just meet someone, and feel their energy and get to know their personality that fast. I have really strong gut reactions, so I just knew right away. He makes me laugh so much that for me if I'm laughing this much for the rest of my life, I'm a happy girl!"

Though wedding details are scarce (like who designed Port's dress and what it looks like), the star confirmed before the nupitals that the wedding was definitely 'modern'.

Whether or not this applies to the dress remains to be seen. The internet was recently fooled into thinking Port had married on October 19 after photos appeared of her wearing a white dress. But alas, she'd simply worn the gown to her hen's day celebrations.

"When I first pictured myself as a bride, I imagined something really simple, silk, something strapless or spaghetti straps, kind of like a slip dress," said Port recently.

"As the planning process went on, I decided, 'You know I think I want to do something a little more elaborate, a little more special.' So, the dress has a lot of detail to it, it's pretty full on."

No word yet on whether Lauren Conrad or any of Port's other co-stars attended the wedding, but rest assured the Instagram watch is on!
