Fans Praise Halloween Inflatable Singing Backstreet Boys Song
One Halloween decoration company is fusing together two major fandoms–spooky season enthusiasts and Backstreet Boys fans–for a larger-than-life crossover.
In a new video shared by Trick Ghastly, a brand specializing in singing inflatable holiday decorations, a group of singing inflatables take on the vocal group's 1997 hit track: "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)."
Users on Instagram were immediately obsessed with the video featuring inflatable pumpkins and ghosts representing a spookier version of the iconic boy band, made up of members Nick Carter, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough.
"Backstreet Boys but make it super spooky," the brand wrote alongside the Instagram video, while adding in the caption, "We felt like the original music video wasn't spooky enough so we scared it up a notch 🎃👻💀🎃⛄️."
Halloween lovers and Backstreet Boys fans alike were immediately obsessed with the video, which, as some users in the comments pointed out, also featured a special cameo from a winter-themed snowman inflatable.
"Snowman identifies as a Halloween decoration..🙌🤘" one Instagram user quipped in the comments, while the Trick Ghastly account explained, "Jingles is a tenor. We needed to balance out the harmonies."
"That's something different 😅😂," one amused fan added in the comments, while another person chimed in to say, "I need this."
"Where do I leave my money," someone else wanted to know.
Unfortunately, as the brand informed a fan who wanted to purchase the Backstreet Boys-singing inflatables, this collection is a "one-of-a-kind original," but there are plenty of other options fans can purchase on the Trick Ghastly website.
