Fans in Love With Prince William’s ‘Glow Up’ as He Flaunts New Beard During Work Outing
Prince William's beard is back, and fans couldn't be happier.
The royal's facial hair has been a topic of hot debate for quite some time now, as the prince has gone back and forth between a clean-shaven look and a more rugged, scruffier appearance.
While he's usually fresh-faced, fans were thrilled to see William sporting stubble in a video sending a message of support to British Olympic athletes on August 11. When he was spotted without the beard later in the month while en route to a church service in Scotland, some speculated that he made the switch in preparation for his return to royal duties.
However, it seems that theory might not have been valid after all, as William was seen with stubble again when he toured an exhibition on homelessness at the Saatchi Gallery in London this week—and social media users are hoping the beard is here to stay.
"William's beard is back and he's never looked better! Let's hope he keeps the razor away this time ... because this glow-up is 🔥 #princewilliam," read the caption on a photo of the Prince of Wales shared to X.

"He is a beautiful person and a handsome man!" raved one commenter.
"I love it just like this. No more beard; no less!" declared a second fan, with a third person agreeing the "blonde beard looks great on him."
Not everybody was on board with the more casual look, however.
"Hmmmm love him with it but like his baby face better, it’s what he and Catherine like right ? He’s handsome no matter what," wrote one X user, with another saying "I love seeing his chiseled jawline. Don't like the beard."
