Jaden Smith’s girlfriend Sarah Snyder goes to court for shoplifting!

Jaden Smith’s reported new girlfriend Sarah Snyder appeared in court on Wednesday, after being arrested and charged with felony Grand Larceny for allegedly stealing a $16,000 Hermes handbag in February.

The 19-year-old model made light of the serious situation by sharing a snap of herself wearing a T-shirt with her mugshot on it!

"My clients are free to express themselves in any way that they choose, and I do not advise them one way or the other on availing themselves of their First Amendment privileges," her lawyer Robert Schuster told Entertainment Tonight.

“The only thing we are interested in is an exoneration and an apology.”

"At this point we are preparing for a potential trial, whether it is to be tried as a felony or a misdemeanor,” he continued.

"It is asserted that Ms. Snyder was not even in the State of New York at the time this incident allegedly occurred. Ms. Snyder is incredulous that she was charged and my office will fight to the very end to protect her innocence."

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s 17-year-old son, who used to date Kylie Jenner, made his relationship with Sarah public when they were spotted making out at New York Fashion Week last month.
