She’s at it again!

Miley Cyrus caused controversy after she encouraged a young fan to lick a prosthetic manhood while on stage during on of her Milky Milky Milk gigs in Vancouver.

According to The Daily Mail, the 23-year-old singer was wearing the penis prop when she singled out the young-looking concert-goer and shoved it near their mouth.

This came after the attention-seeking star appeared completely topless - which we're told are actually realistic-looking plastic ones - on stage and then later on in just pants and pasties while smoking a joint – despite the fact the venue has a smoking ban.
