Erin Napier's oldest daughter is already following in her footsteps!

The HGTV star, 38, revealed on Instagram this week that her 6-year-old daughter Helen — whom she shares with husband and Home Town co-host Ben Napier — has big plans for her dream home when she's "all grown up." And, as Erin explained to her followers, she's already designed it down to the details!

In a video shared to Erin's account — complete with inspiration photos of homes that represent her daughter's vision — the designer revealed that Helen has been brainstorming a "little cottage that's wood with a brick chimney," and plans to build it in the field by the pond on the family's weekend country house, Erin said.

She explained that the images and details are "*as dictated to me at bedtime and illustrated by Pinterest images i could find.* Erin added, per Helen, that the house "will smell like s’mores inside and we will play Christmas music mostly but sometimes fall sounding music."

"I’ve never wanted to visit a place that doesn’t exist so badly," the mom of two concluded her caption. Erin and Ben also share daughter Mae, 3.

In the footage, Erin detailed what her daughter wants in her future home: A "dark-green" paint job with white windows, a "screen porch by the pond," stained glass windows, a "little white fence" and a "small garden" where Helen wants to grow strawberries and tomatoes.

Helen's dream home also includes a pond dock for her to fish off of, a front door that's "darkish lightish blue," a "little bathroom," a guest bedroom with a "rocking chair and a little TV" and a kitchen that would look like the wooden "furniture daddy builds."

Her bedroom would also have a fireplace and "wallpaper with lots of flowers and animals on it," as her two kids would have "a little room beside my room with toys."

"UPDATE: I have shown Helen these images and she said I got it all exactly right except 'the ramp and fishing spot on the pond would need some hand rails and a little gate to keep the kids from falling in,'" Erin concluded.

Erin and Ben celebrated a bittersweet family milestone earlier this month when Mae officially transitioned into a "big girl bed," as their family crib, hand-built by Ben, now heads to storage.

"He built it from white oak with one tiny plug of heart pine in the top rail that came from inside the wall of our house so his daughter would have a piece of home that belonged to her," Erin wrote in an Instagram caption. "Mae slept in it for the last time last night so here, we can remember it."

Ben wrote in his own caption that he "immediately started planning out a crib" when he found out his wife was pregnant for the first time. The sentimental piece of furniture will now "live in her room for a few more weeks" in case his daughter has trouble adjusting, although he knows "she's ready."

"The white oak crib will go into storage until my babies become mamas, then it will be used again," Ben, 40, wrote. "Nothing makes you more aware of time than having children."

Just a few months before the family crib entered retirement, Erin also reflected on the passage of time in another Instagram post, in which she commemorated Mae wearing her teal unicorn costume for the "last time."

"It’s comforting to capture it, for some reason. 🙂 We’re losing her babyness but getting real, sweet, thoughtful conversations in exchange," Erin wrote.
