Emotional moment bride kisses quadriplegic dad after brother walks her down the aisle

A bride has shared the emotional moment she stopped to kiss her quadriplegic dad on her wedding day after having her brother walk her down the aisle.

"A moment I will never, never forget," bride Nicole wrote alongside a TikTok video she posted online.

In the video she explains: "My little brother walked me down the aisle because my dad is a quadriplegic."

"My dad was waiting for us at the altar," she continued.

"It was the most special moment."

The video, which showed Nicole and her brother crying as they approached their dad at the end of the aisle, has since been viewed over 4.2M times.

"Literally sobbing right now. This is beautiful," one person commented.

"Ok so TikTok just wants me to cry the whole day," another wrote.

When a few people asked for some more details in the comments section, Nicole explained she had given her dad the option of coming down the aisle with her.

"Hi guys. I gave my dad the option. He can't move his head and wanted to see me when I was walking down the aisle," she said.

Others also praised Nicole's brother for stepping up.

"Your brother fighting back tears oh my goodness," one person wrote.

"You brother's face says everything about how much love you all have for each other," was another comment.

While a third wrote: "You can tell your brother took pride in walking you."

It comes after another sweet moment went viral recently when a bride shared how her dad asked her stepdad to join them as they walked down the aisle on her wedding day.

Kelsey posted the sweet clip on TikTok last month and it also went viral, with people calling the gesture 'precious' and 'selfless'.

"I’ve been so surprised that the video did so well, but I’m so happy it’s about my amazing dad and step dad," Kelsey told Yahoo Lifestyle at the time.
