Elsa Pataky, 44, flexes her insane muscles in polka dot bikini
She regularly posts videos of her intense workouts online and now Elsa Pataky has showed off the incredible results of all her hard work.
The 44-year-old took to her Instagram account to upload a series of snaps from the Hemsworth's recent holiday to Lord Howe Island in NSW.
In one of the photos, Elsa can be seen standing alongside her husband, Chris Hemsworth, flexing her muscles and showing off her six-pack.
In another, Elsa stands tall on the side of a boat, wearing a floral bikini and sunhat.

“So great to come back to this amazing paradise,” Elsa captioned the photos, which saw her and Chris enjoying some family time with their children.
People couldn’t help but comment on Elsa’s amazing physique in the snaps, with one person commenting: “Gun show”, alongside the strong emoji.
“You've totally just inspired me to get on the treadmill,” another person said.
Last week, Elsa posted a video online, promoting a workout on the Centrfit app, which describes itself on Instagram as “Chris Hemsworth's team in one app.”
She could be seen in the midst of a pilates class, just one of the workouts the mum likes to get involved in.
In 2019, the Spanish-born beauty revealed to Yahoo Lifestyle that she and her hubby of ten years have a ‘fun’ rivalry during their shared workout sessions.
“We’re competitive with how we train, with how many reps we can do,” she said.
“Chris trains with weights, big weights, so I can’t compete.”
