Elizabeth Hurley has revealed her nighttime fashion!

In an interview with U.K. newspaper The Times published on Sunday, Sept. 22, the actress, 59, shared what she wears to bed — including the item she says is a must for those who are "well-endowed."

"I have a mysteriously perfect duvet that is warm in winter and cool in summer, so I don’t wear anything except for a soft bra, which is essential if you’re well-endowed," Hurley said.

The Strictly Confidential star didn't go into detail about what type of bras she sleeps in, but it is recommended to wear a bralette or a soft cotton bra with no underwire as both options will ensure comfortability and avoid skin irritation.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, sleeping in a bra can bring a few health benefits, including lessening breast pain, preventing fungal infections and decreasing stretch marks.

In the same interview, Hurley shared a story of when her risqué sleepwear put her in an interesting situation. She recalled having to "evacuate" her room when an earthquake struck Los Angeles in 1994 during the night. "I grabbed my boyfriend at the time Hugh Grant’s dinner jacket as we sprinted out and then had to sit barefoot and bare bottomed in the lobby for the next six hours."

The Austin Powers alum also said if she had to wear one thing for the rest of her life, she would choose jeans due to her casual fashion sense and lifestyle. "I wish I were the sort of girl who wore pretty skirts and dresses, but I have dogs and live in the country so I’m always covered in mud," she said.

In April, Hurley spoke with PEOPLE in an exclusive interview about the iconic gold safety pin Versace dress she wore to the 1994 premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral, which featured a plunging neckline, high-leg slit and large gold safety pins running down the side.

"Well, the funny thing is actually with all couture clothes is that even though they look daring and whatever, they're so grounded on your body. So that's probably the first incredibly expensive dress I'd ever put on in my life," the actress shared.

The actress noted that she had "never even heard of Versace" when she was offered the gown.

"Before I left the house, I bent down and touched my toes and stretched and wiggled and nothing moved, because, you don't need to know why nothing moves, but they're all held together somewhere," she added.
