Well, Eliza is also in the new Shondaland Netflix miniseries The Residence, starring Uzo Aduba.

Eliza portrays Senator Margery Bay Bix, a loud, highly opinionated political official who might be based slightly on a real-life person with the same first name.

On March 19, Eliza attended the world premiere of The Residence in Los Angeles.

People have apparently commented on her appearance, which prompted Eliza to fire back with the same tenacity and wit as the characters she portrays on TV.

On March 22, Eliza took to Instagram to share a clip from Future Man of Tiger pointing a gun at the camera alongside the caption, "My response to all the bad press and wildly altered photos of me floating around the internet. You are all so consistently ridiculous. Thank you for making me laugh. Xoxo."

The Pivoting actor followed up with an Instagram montage with the caption, "Pictures from my camera roll from the past three weeks."

If it wasn't clear she was continuing to shut down the haters, Eliza paired the montage with the hashtags "#thisishwhatireallylooklike 🤷🏼‍♀️#truth #haterscanhate #ichooselove #rememberwhoyouare #transmute #elevate #rise #and #shine #love."

Haters can hate, but I watched The Residence, and Eliza's great. I hope she doesn't mind if I borrow some of those hashtags for my next photo dump because she also has a way with words.
