Doritos are known for some pretty creative (and delicious) flavors. Come on, what other corn chip can you find dusted with Cool Ranch, Spicy Sweet Chili, and, of course, Nacho Cheese seasoning?

Even though it’s hard to choose, everyone has a favorite classic Doritos flavor—but as much as we love our go-to Doritos, fans tend to go gaga for its limited-edition varieties, too.

Just look at the new Doritos Baja Fiery Mango. The chips haven’t even hit shelves nationwide yet, and fans are already buying them on resale sites like eBay for upwards of $20 per bag. That’s how serious Doritos snackers are.

While limited items like the Mountain Dew Baja Blast-inspired flavor and Doritos Dinamita are available at stores nationwide, Doritos also has a few tricks up its sleeve with exclusive drops. Typically, we’ll see a Sam’s Club- or Walmart-exclusive chip hit stores, but this time, you’ll have to head to Kroger to try the newest flavor.

Doritos Launches New Late Night Sizzlin' Cheeseburger Chips at Kroger

Doritos just rolled out a new Late Night Sizzlin' Cheeseburger flavor to Kroger family stores nationwide.

Sizzlin’ Cheeseburger is the next installment in Doritos' “Late Night” line, which first launched with the Loaded Taco flavor in 2023. The new chips are simply described as “one bold crunch,” but they’ve already received many rave reviews on Kroger’s site.

Customers say the new Doritos taste nearly identical to a fast food burger—more specifically, a Burger King flame-broiled Whopper.

“Smells like a McDonald's cheeseburger and tastes like a Whooper,” one reviewer wrote.

“These tastes just like a sloppy Burger King Whopper, and I love it. You can taste the mayo, onion, that flame broil flavor, hints of mustard and tomato, but I almost kinda wish it had a slightly stronger beef flavor. All I need now is a chip that tastes like McDonald's French fries, and we're good to go. I'd gladly buy these again,” wrote another.

This actually isn’t the first time Doritos has released a cheeseburger flavor—or taco flavor for that matter. About 10 years ago, Frito-Lay discontinued its All Nighter Cheeseburger and Midnight Taco flavors. Fans have been begging for their return—and now, they’re back, better than before, for a limited time.

There’s no telling how long the Late Night Sizzlin’ Cheeseburger chips may stay on Kroger shelves. So, if you want to enjoy your favorite fast food burger in chip form, we’d suggest getting to a Kroger family store stat.
