Yahoo Lifestyle Does Snow White Movie Trailer Have You Missing ABC’s Once Upon a Time All Over Again?
An evil queen, a charming prince, the titular princess, a magic mirror and a septet of characters named Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy and Sneezy all can be seen in the new trailer for Disney’s Snow White (due in theaters March 21, 2025).

Hailing from Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff (producers of the blockbuster movie musical Wicked) and director Marc Webb (The Amazing Spider-Man), this live-action musical reimagining of Disney’s classic 1937 film features Rachel Zegler (West Side Story) in the title role and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) as her stepmother aka the Evil Queen.

The new trailer above offers a first extended look at Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy and Sneezy — who reportedly went through all kinds of CGI reconfigurations before landing on their final, unique form — as well a first listen of the power ballad “Waiting on a Wish,” one of the all-new original songs from EGOT winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (The Greatest Showman).
The Once Upon a Time comps, meanwhile, included Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White aka Storybrooke, Maine school teacher Mary Margaret, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Lana Parrilla as the Evil Queen/Mayor Regina Mills/[series finale spoiler] and Giancarlo Esposito as the Magic Mirror/Sydney Glass. Plus, as the seven dwarves, you had Lee Arenberg, Daevyd Avalon, Faustino Di Bauda, the late Gabe Khouth, Michael Coleman, Mig Macario and Jeffrey Kaiser.
