There’s no room for hate in Doechii’s comment section.

In a TikTok video posted on Dec. 8, the Grammy-nominated rapper (whose real name is Jaylah Ji'mya Hickmon) addressed a fan who wrote they’d stop following her if she ever got any cosmetic work done.

“I’m gonna keep it so real with you. You should already be out the door because I’ve already had cosmetic enhancements since like 2021,” Doechii, 26, said in the clip, which showed her getting her makeup done.

She continued: “Y’all really have to stop normalizing making comments like these and just let women do whatever the f--- they want to do with their bodies.”

The original comment was posted under another one of Doechii’s TikTok videos, in which she explained why she chooses to wear face tape, a non-invasive beauty hack to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lift the face, per Byrdie.

In a May 2023 episode of the We Said What We Said with Ricky and Denzel podcast, the “Alter Ego” artist revealed that she’d undergone plastic surgery in the past.

“Your body is too fab. This is home-grown,” said co-host Denzel Dion of her figure, which Doechii denied.

While she didn’t reveal exactly what surgery she had done, many of her fans suspected it was a Brazilian butt lift (BBL).

“It’s nobody’s business. We don’t have to lie, but we don’t have to scream it to the top of our lungs,” Doechii explained on her decision to keep her enhancement on the down-low.

In recent years, many stars have taken a candid approach to discussing their cosmetic procedures, whether it be extreme face lift makeovers (in the case of Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge) or reductions (Blac Chyna and Niki Minaj have previously talked about downsizing their breasts).

Butt lifts have also remained a hot topic, with SZA recently admitting that going under the knife for a bigger behind “wasn’t super necessary,” but she doesn’t regret her decision.

“I’ll do a whole bunch more s--- just like it if I want to before I’m f---ing dead because this body is temporary," she said in her December cover story for British Vogue.
