‘Days Of Our Lives’ Brings Back Super Couple Jennifer & Jack Deveraux
Days of Our Lives is continuing to bring in the big guns to help celebrate its 60th Anniversary. This time, it’s Jennifer and Jack Deveraux.
Deadline has confirmed that Matthew Ashford (Jack) and Melissa Reeves (Jennifer) are back on the soap’s Burbank, CA set this week to participate in the anniversary episodes. They will reunite with their on-screen son JJ, played by Casey Moss, who recently posted a picture of the three of them together on his Instagram story.

“Couldn’t be more grateful to be part of such a legendary family,” he wrote with the hashtag #thehortons.
Ashford and Reeves, who have dipped in and out of the soap for years, will re-appear on the Peacock sudser in June and continue to recur throughout the year. They are also expected to participate in the soap’s 60th anniversary photo this week.

All the 60th anniversary episodes will air in November. Jennifer and Jack last appeared on DOOL at the end of 2024.
Last year, DOOL began teasing the guest list for the anniversary celebration. In addition to bringing back Alison Sweeney as Sami, Peter Reckell (Bo) and Kristian Alfonso (Hope) for the celebration, Leann Hunley (Anna) and Chandler Massey (Will) are also set to appear in future episodes, as well as Christie Clark (Carrie), Thaao Penghlis (Tony), Victoria Konefal (Ciara), and Charles Shaughnessy (Shane).
DOOL was recently renewed for a 61st season. It is produced by Corday Productions in association with Sony Pictures Television. Ken Corday is the executive producer. Jeanne Marie Ford & Paula Cwikly are head writers. Janet Drucker serves as co-executive producer.
Since DOOL premiered on November 8, 1965, the drama has earned 62 Daytime Emmy Awards, including one last year for Dick Van Dyke’s guest-starring role.
