David Beckham discovers a long-lost brother in exclusive Super Bowl Stella commercial preview
Who is the "Other David"? Stay tuned for the full ad drop.
Prepare to meet a long-lost Beckham.
David Beckham will star in a new Super Bowl LIX commercial for Stella Artois, which marks the first time in six years since the Anheuser-Busch beer brand last launched a Game Day ad. Before it reveals the full version, Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive preview.
A teaser for the spot shows the soccer icon learning about a twin brother he never knew about who's living in America. The commercial begins with Beckham sharing pints of Stella with his parents, when they break the life-altering news.

The brother is named "Other David." As Beckham's dad soundly reasons, "If there's two Davids, one has to be the other David."
The teaser ends with Beckham asking for the whereabouts of said twin. Stella is keeping that brotherly reveal under wraps for the time being, but a statement from the brand confirmed previously that it will "enlist the help of iconic celebrity partners" — plural.

“This new campaign for Stella Artois has a great idea at its heart which I think fans everywhere will really enjoy," Beckham, who's a Stella Artois Global Ambassador, says in an exclusive statement to EW. "It was a great atmosphere on set and we had a lot of fun making it. I hope people have as much fun speculating about what will happen next!"

Stella's last Super Bowl commercial aired in 2019. Called "Change Up the Usual," the spot featured Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City and Jeff Bridges' the Dude from The Big Lebowski changing up their go-to drink orders in favor of Stella. The new 2025 ad marks the launch of the brand's "For Moments Worth More" campaign, which will run through the 2025 holiday season. Beckham previously starred in Stella's previous "A Taste Worth More" campaign in 2024.
Other brands confirmed for Super Bowl commercials this year include fellow Anheuser-Busch beers Bud Light, Budweiser, Busch Light, and Michelob Ultra, as well as Doritos, FanDuel, Pringles, GoDaddy, Ritz, and Duracell.
Super Bowl LIX is scheduled to take place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans this Feb. 9. Kendrick Lamar will headline the 2025 Halftime Show.
