Yahoo Lifestyle Should Daredevil Fans Be Wary of — or Worried for — Matt’s New Girlfriend? EPs Hint at Fisk’s Heather Agenda!
The good news for Daredevil: Born Again‘s Matt Murdock (played by Charlie Cox): A little over a year after Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) peaced out on him/their relationship and made tracks for San Francisco, it appears that the legal eagle might let a new woman, Heather Glenn (Revenge‘s Margarita Levieva), into his heart.
The bad news? Heather, a therapist, just took on a new client: New York City mayor Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) and his wife Vuh-ness-ahh (Ayelet Zurer), whose marriage is facing a bit of a test these days.

That the new woman in Matt’s life — out of all the shrinks in the Big Apple! — got tapped to counsel his longtime adversary is… well, it is perhaps no accident. Especially since we saw one of Fisk’s stooges scouting out Heather at a book signing.
“Is it a coincidence…?” winked Daredevil: Born Again executive producer Sana Amanat when I raised the issue during our pre-season interview.
“Is it?” added showrunner Dario Scardapane. “Or is it another Fiskian movie to get close to people in Matt’s life?”
In the coming episodes, we’ll see a bit more of Heather trying to salvage the strained Fisk union, getting wind of Vanessa’s extramarital explorations and worrying, to Vanessa in private, how violently Wilson responds to such betrayals.
But it sounds like the Marvel Television series has even bigger plans for Matt’s new love interest.
Because if you happen to be a fan of Revenge alum Levieva, “Ohhh, you’re in for a treat,” Scardapane hinted with a (slightly evil?) laugh. “I wish I could see the look on your face in about four episodes.”
