Couple with 53-year age gap go on reality TV to prove their love

A couple with a 53-year age gap have entered a reality TV show in Serbia to prove the strength of their love.

Milijana Bogdanovic, 21, and her fiance Milojko Bozic, 74, plan to marry and start are family but have encountered a bit of resistance because of their different ages.

Their neighbours in their village Pilatovici, in western Serbia, are apparently ‘stunned’ by their relationship, as Milojko has three children older than Milijana – aged 40, 35 and 30 – from his first marriage, as well as two grandchildren, aged 13 and 11.

The pair had planned to tie the knot at their local church, but were told they would not marry couples with an age gap of more than 15 years, so they now plan on marrying at the registry office later this year.

In the time being, they are participating in Serbian reality TV show Parovi, which translates to ‘couples’

“We plan to cuddle and love each other there as if we were at home,” Milijana said of her intentions on the show.

“I really want to prove to people that this is the real thing between Milojko and me, and not a marketing trick like everyone says.”

The couple also boasted of their very active sex life, and said they are only hindered by Milojko’s recent heart surgery.
