Chrissy Teigen Pokes Fun at ‘Mean’ Comments from Instagram Trolls: ‘What Kind of Mother Dresses Like That?'
“What are you wearing? A knitted diaper?” Teigen said as she jokingly referenced another comment in the funny video
Chrissy Teigen is not bothered by the haters!
In a video posted on her Instagram on Wednesday, Sept. 18, the mother of four, 38, hilariously read out a selection of “mean” Instagram comments about herself — and even roped in her 8-year-old daughter Luna.
In the first clip, Teigen stomped down a set of wooden stairs with a serious look on her face as she told the camera disapprovingly, “What kind of mother dresses like that?”
This was followed by a clip of the Cravings cookbook author pulling up in a car with Luna and bringing it to a sudden stop.
“You shouldn’t zip line there … My uncle died there,” she said out of the window, as Luna added, “Yeah, he’s dead!” The star went zip lining with Luna during a family vacation to Mexico earlier this year.

Someone then opened a door to reveal Teigen standing in a striped black and pink dress and wearing sunglasses with her hand against the wall.
“What are you wearing? A knitted diaper? Poor John for having to deal with you,” Teigen said, appearing to reference the no-pants look she wore to the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony, which she attended with her musician husband John Legend, daughter Luna and son Miles, 6.
Teigen previously responded to trolls who criticized her outfit, which consisted of olive green hot pants and a matching cable knit sweater by Chloé. Replying to an Instagram user who said her look was "the worst outfit for that kind of event," Teigen tagged them and responded, "Thanks for sharing!"
Meanwhile, in a further clip in the video, Teigen slowly popped up from behind a cream boucle couch to say, “Ozempic much?” and pull a face to the camera before disappearing again.
The video concluded with a final clip of the TV personality strutting towards the camera with her arms folded to deliver a comment correcting her grammar. “It’s Wren and I, not Wren and me. Keep working on yourself. You’re not done,” Teigen said, before turning and walking away while wearing a beige blazer and blue jeans with white frill detailing.
“u know who u are !!!!!!” Teigen wrote in the caption, along with writing in text over the start of the video, “Mean IG Comments in IRL:”

Back in 2019, Teigen called out a troll who called her “chubby” on X (formerly known as Twitter).
“Tiegan [sic] likes to attack people, so I’m attacking her weight, chubby needs to get to the gym,” the user wrote at the time in a now-deleted comment, after also calling the model “fatty” in another deleted comment.

The comments were made underneath a photo of Teigen and Legend, 45, posing with politician Nancy Pelosi.
Responding, Teigen wrote, “I hate to say this but… you are not a small person? also I don’t care about my weight sooooo this does not hurt.”
She and Legend are also parents to daughter Esti, 20 months, and son Wren, 14 months.
