The additional concerts will include appearances in Philadelphia, Pa., Pittsburgh, Pa., Buffalo, N.Y., Foxborough, Mass. and Inglewood, Calif.

Special guest Parker McCollum will join Strait and Stapleton for all of the dates except Inglewood, where Little Big Town will step in as an opener.

This next outing is bound to be a huge hit, as Strait and Stapleton broke attendance records for their 2023 stadium tour, according to Billboard. Following the success of that run, Strait, Stapleton, and Little Big Town hit the road again in 2024.

As Whiskey Riff reported, Strait set yet another record for the largest single-ticketed concert in U.S. history in 2024 with a Texas event that boasted 110,905 people in attendance.

While fans can expect to hear plenty of their favorite tunes at the 2025 concerts, Stapleton recently opened up about the song he never wants to perform again during an appearance on The Dale Jr. Download podcast.

“I would have people ask me to sing the national anthem for various things, and I jokingly always said, 'No, I'll just do it when it's time to do it at the Super Bowl,' you know,” Stapleton said. So he felt he had no choice but to agree when he was finally asked to sing The Star-Spangled Banner at the 2023 Super Bowl.

“I don't get nervous to play, necessarily,” said Stapleton. “That one, I was like 'I'm gonna make sure I'm as prepared as I can be for this.'”

Stapleton went on to call the experience "genuinely nerve-racking." And though the performance was a success, he insisted that he's now "officially retired" from singing the national anthem.
