Chappell Roan Makes Front-row Debut in Backless Satin Skirt Set at Rabanne’s Fall 2025 Fashion Show

Chappell Roan made her first front-row appearance at Rabanne’s fall 2025 fashion show in Paris on Thursday. The “Pink Pony Club” artist wore the French label at the MTV Video Music Awards last year.

Roan donned a metallic satin set from Rabanne’s spring 2025 collection, which consisted of a pleated backless halter top and matching skirt with lace trim. Silver sandals and drop earrings completed her look.

The pop star is currently styled by Genesis Webb, who has also curated looks for Blackpink’s Lisa.

Roan wore her signature drag queen-inspired makeup, including white face paint and a graphic cat-eye. Her long auburn tresses, meanwhile, were styled in waves.

Speaking to WWD, the Grammy winner shared her plans for the rest of Paris Fashion Week. She plans to attend Rick Owens, Valentino and Yohji Yamamoto’s shows.

“I feel good. This is my first fashion show ever,” Roan said of her Rabanne appearance. “I’ve been on tour for two years so I can do the fun pop star stuff now.”

At the VMAs last fall, Roan accepted the award for Best New Artist in a Rabanne ensemble. Incorporating the brand’s signature “Eight” links, she modeled a sleeveless silver top, skirt and hood dripping in gold chains.

Roan opted for a medieval theme at the award show, where she was also nominated for Song of Summer and Best Trending Video. On the red carpet, the singer wore a sheer gown and velvet robe by Y/Project, and for her “Good Luck, Babe!” performance, she sported a suit of armor custom-made by Zana Bayne.
