In the comments on TikTok, where the video was also posted, fans drew attention to Jackson's resemblance to Clooney, with one writing, "why is Joshua kinda looking George Clooney like as he gets older 🤔 or is it just me who sees it?"

It turned out that they weren't the only fan who saw the connection, with over 1600 likes, as of writing, and many responses, such as one that said, "I see it...and I don't hate it..."

"Wow! I can’t unsee it now!" said another fan, as more chimed in to say, "I’ve been saying this since he was in Fringe," "Sounds like him too," and "I see it! He’s going to be a silver fox for sure!"

Someone else wrote, "I don't hate it either 😍 quite fine indeed but the first time I have seen anything of him for a while and suddenly he's George Clooney's younger self lol it's a compliment for sure 👍."

While this conversation went on in the comments, Jackson had an enlightening discussion with Fallon in the clip as he shared his thoughts on losing his childhood home in the California wildfires.

The Dawson's Creek star talked about the impact the home had on his life, saying, "That house has given me so much over the years, right? And I have loved it, and it has loved me. It has everything, the heartbreak, the baby, just life. All of life is in there. Every floorboard is a piece of my story."

But Jackson had a positive perspective on his next home, referencing his 4-year-old daughter Juno as he told Fallon, "I'm excited to build a new house that doesn't have all of Daddy's history in it, that is for her and I."

"So, when she grows up, every floorboard has her story in it," he concluded.
