Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz reportedly break up after 3 years together, ending engagement
The two actors collaborated on Kravitz's directorial debut "Blink Twice," and were announced to star in a new sci-fi comedy together earlier today.
Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum are reportedly going their separate ways
The Big Little Lies actress, 35, and Magic Mike actor, 44, have ended their relationship after three years together, according to multiple unnamed sources cited by PEOPLE. Representatives for Kravitz and Tatum did not immediately respond to Entertainment Weekly's request for comment.
The news comes on the same day as the announcement that Tatum and Kravitz would join Cate Blanchett, Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun, Lea Seydoux, and Riley Keough in the sci-fi comedy Alpha Gang from the Zellner Brothers (Sasquatch Sunset). Tatum reposted a report of his casting in that movie on his Instagram story Tuesday afternoon with the hashtag #AlphaGang.
PEOPLE also reported that Kravitz and Tatum attended a play together earlier this month, but noted that Kravitz has recently been spotted in public without her engagement ring.

Kravitz and Tatum first connected on the set of the actress' directorial debut Blink Twice in 2021. The filmmaker discussed collaborating with the 21 Jump Street actor to shape his layered antagonist with EW. "By the time we were on set, it was just about supporting him, him supporting me, and making sure I was just letting him focus on his work, and it was my job to keep what we had talked about alive and making sure that we were honoring our intentions for the character and to make sure that was coming through on screen," she said.
Kravitz also said that Tatum helped support her on her "overwhelming" first day of shooting. "I remember going back to the room at the end of the day and just really wondering what I got myself into," she said. "And Chan had to give me a nice big pep talk, which was incredibly helpful."
The couple previously collaborated on 2017's The Lego Batman Movie, though their small voice roles as Catwoman and Superman were likely recorded separately, as is standard practice on animated projects.
Rumors of the couple's engagement began to circulate after Kravitz wore a massive engagement ring to a Halloween party while she was dressed as Mia Farrow's character from Rosemary's Baby and Tatum wore a gigantic baby outfit.
Tatum recently finalized his divorce from his Step Up costar Jenna Dewan — with whom he shares 11-year-old daughter Everly — six years after their initial split.
Kravitz will next appear opposite Austin Butler in Darren Aronofsky's Caught Stealing. Tatum's next project will be Beth de Araújo's Josephine.
