Cass Wood reunites with the Honey Badger

Cassandra Wood was left heartbroken when Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins called time on their romance on The Bachelor just two months ago.

But now it seems the pair may have got back on track, after being spotted sharing a drink together on Wednesday afternoon in Sydney.

The former flames were all smiles as they shared a glass of wine in the sunshine at The Iconic’s 2018 Swim Show, alongside fellow Bachelor star Brittany Hockley.

“Beautiful day to catch up with some old friends,” Brittany says in the clip, shared on her Instagram Stories.

Then she turns the camera onto Nick and Cass who are both pulling the 31-year-old’s signature hand gesture as Nick declares “everyone is having a blast”.

After, the trio ‘cheers’ to their reunion, clinking their glasses together.

The seemingly friendly reunion may come as a surprise to fans after Nick famously dumped them both on national TV, walking away from all the women on the dating show with no one.

It was the bombshell finale episode that no one saw coming, least of all the girls.

While Cass, 24, was sent home by Nick during home visits, Brittany made it to the final two — only to discover he didn’t want anyone.

“I feel like a bit of a joke,” Cass said of the ordeal, when interviewed by The Project in last month.

However, during the emotional chat with Lisa Wilkinson, she did admit she will “always have a soft spot” for Nick.

Brittany too had her heart broken by the Bachie, telling the same show she really “wanted it to be worth it with him”.

At the time, Nick defended his decision even saying he’d be happy to buy them a drink should they ever cross paths again.

“To all the girls, I just want you all to know that if ever seen you again I’ll buy you a drink and say hello for old time’s sake,” he said.

While it seemed unlikely at the time, it looks as if Cass and Brittany took him up on the offer after all.
