Callum Turner becomes a Louis Vuitton brand ambassador
Callum Turner has become a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton.
The 34-year-old actor has joined forces with the luxury fashion house and Callum has revealed that he's looking forward to his new role, describing it as a "full circle" moment for him.
The London-born star - who is dating Dua Lipa - told Esquire: "I’ve always loved Louis Vuitton from way back when, and I truly enjoy the full circle part of joining the guys."
Pharrell Williams has served as the creative director of menswear at Louis Vuitton since 2023, and Callum has described the music star as a "constant influence" over his fashion choices.
The actor observed that Pharrell's latest collection is "fresh and cool and exciting".
He said: "I love Pharrell in everything he does. His clothes are incredible, [and] the collection is fresh and cool and exciting."
In February 2023, Pharrell was named as Louis Vuitton's new creative director of menswear.
The fashion company wrote on Instagram at the time: "Louis Vuitton is delighted to welcome Pharrell Williams as its new men’s creative director. His first collection for Louis Vuitton will be revealed next June during Men’s Fashion Week in Paris."
Louis Vuitton also described Pharrell as a "visionary whose creative universes expand from music to art, and to fashion".
The luxury fashion house added: "The way in which he breaks boundaries across the various worlds he explores, aligns with Louis Vuitton’s status as a Cultural Maison, reinforcing its values of innovation, pioneer spirit, and entrepreneurship."
Meanwhile, Pietro Beccari, Louis Vuitton's chairman and CEO, revealed that he was looking forward to working with Pharrell.
He said: "I am glad to welcome Pharrell back home, after our collaborations in 2004 and 2008 for Louis Vuitton, as our new men’s creative director. His creative vision beyond fashion will undoubtedly lead Louis Vuitton towards a new and very exciting chapter."
