Bunnings launches epic Christmas range from as little as $20

Bunnings has dropped its ever popular Christmas range and the general consensus this year is you'll have to be quick to get your hands on some of the favourites.

The much-anticipated festive range features over 200 new product designs starting at under $20 and is now available in stores and online nationally.

The range has something for every budget, from those looking for an affordable addition with solar stake lights, to Christmas fanatics going all out with giant inflatables - the biggest towering at 6 metres tall this year.

There is the giant 6 metre Merry Christmas sign complete with tree, and a new take on the nutcracker which is a hot favourite year after year.

Indeed, shoppers are already raving about the nutcracker online, with one person sharing in a popular Bunnings Facebook group that she was already considering a second one: "I picked up Nutcracker today and I’m in love with my purchase! Do I need two??"

"We are prepared for the biggest Christmas yet and early demand from customers is already indicating a cracker season," Bunnings National Outdoor Lighting Buyer, Rebecca Hevey, said.

"This year some of my predictions for top picks are an inflatable caravan Santa, a festive farm and a new take on the sell-out favourite nutcracker solider from last year to name a few."

Other top picks from the range that are set to be must-haves this year include the Lytworx Solar Kangaroo Stake Lights, Festive Click Portable Solar Laser Light, and the Mirabella Festive 2.4m LED Santa's Farm Inflatable.

New research commissioned by Bunnings showed that a whopping 75 per cent of Australians are planning on decorating their homes this year (15% more than in 2020), with those between 18-35 years old planning to up the ante with home decorations, more than they ever have before.

With a quarter of Aussies (24%) having already begun their Christmas shopping, it’s no wonder ‘Christmas’ has been one of the top searched terms on the Bunnings website.

"Over the years, especially last year, we have seen customers enthusiasm to dress their homes for Christmas increase, with planning starting earlier each year," Rebecca added.

"For those planning on competing for the best Christmas display on their street, we’ve got some really fun additions to create a wow factor, including the biggest solar statues we have ever ranged.
