Brooks Nader Confirms She's Legally Married to Billy Haire amid Romance With “DWTS” Partner Gleb Savchenko

Amid her romance with Gleb Savchenko, Brooks Nader revealed that she's still legally married.

The model, 28, has been romantically linked with the professional dancer, 41, since they were paired on season 33 of Dancing with the Stars. But despite the on-and-off again couple even sparking engagement rumors, Nader confirmed that she's still legally married to her estranged husband Billy Haire.

She did so in a video posted to TikTok on Jan. 20, which she captioned, "Plot twist: still legally married."

In the video, Nader and Savchenko lip-synced to audio from an interview between Ellen DeGeneres and Amy Schumer in which the former Ellen DeGeneres Show host asks the comedian about her husband Chris Fischer.

“And how is your husband doing?” Savchenko mouthed, mimicking DeGeneres' question. In response, Nader mimed Schumer's witty reply, “He’s great. Chris, right?”

Nader and Haire tied the knot in New Orleans in front of 330 guests on Dec. 15, 2019.

“I’m mostly excited to call him hubby!” she exclusively told PEOPLE ahead of their wedding weekend. “We are also excited to just continue our adventures together. We’ve done a lot of fun traveling and look forward to doing even more.”

About four and a half years later in May 2024, the pair announced their separation.

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Nader’s rep said the two were “divorcing after living apart for months.” The rep added, “The split is amicable.”

"She’s a busy person and career wise she’s on top of the world," an insider close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time. "All relationships are hard and some can be salvaged, some can’t. They’re both truly amazing people. They have just decided to go their separate ways."

Meanwhile, Savchenko is legally divorced from ex-wife Elena Samodanova. They share two daughters together — Olivia, 13, and Zlata, 7. In early January, he hinted that he's "ready for a 3rd one," tagging Nader in his Instagram Story.

In September 2024, four months after Nader's split, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model made her debut on DWTS and was spotted kissing Savchenko.

Since then, they've documented the ups and downs of their relationship, from getting matching tattoos and having a brief breakup to spending holidays together and affectionate social media posts.
