'Go die': Britney Spears' son goes in on grandpa Jamie Spears in rogue Instagram Live
Britney Spears’ 13-year-old son, Jayden, went rogue on Instagram Live on Tuesday, answering questions on everything from his mum’s alleged retirement to what he really thinks of his grandad, Jamie Spears.
Jayden didn't have the nicest things to say about his grandfather, Jamie Spears, with his friend asking in the video: “How can we support your mom?”
Jayden responded saying: “Well, I don't know. ‘Cause like I'm trying to do stuff, but like they're all over me or whatever.”
His friend then probed further, asking: “Is your grandpa a jerk?”, with Jayden replying saying: “Yeah, he's a pretty big d**k. He can go die."
The teenager also brought up his mum’s retirement, saying that he hasn’t actually seen her do anything new in music lately.
"I remember one time I asked her, 'Mom, what happened to your music? And she was like, 'I dunno honey I think I might just quit it.' I was like, 'What? What are you saying? You know how much bank you make off that stuff?’,” he said.
Jayden is one of two sons Britney shares with ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
He complimented his mum, calling her "pretty legendary" while also praising his father and his brother, Sean Preston.
When asked if he'll get in trouble for doing the Instagram Live Jayden said: "No, my dad doesn't care. I have the best dad ever. My dad's literally Jesus."
After Jayden's comments made headlines, his social media account was wiped clean and turned to private.
Yahoo Entertainment reached out to representatives for Britney and Kevin Federline for comment.
Britney has been on a social media spree this week, but has not addressed Jayden's remarks. On Tuesday night, she shared a poem about surrounding "yourself only with those who want to see you grow."
It's been a busy week for Spears on Instagram, as her frequent posts this week have alarmed some fans.
The #FreeBritney movement is now rallying around Jayden, as he also apparently said on his Instagram Live he’s trying to break his mom free.
