Bridget Fonda Unveils Drastic Weight Loss During Rare Public Appearance
Bridget Fonda, star of movies like The Godfather Part III, Point of No Return, and Single White Female, among others, made a rare public appearance with a friend in Los Angeles, Calif.
While walking and chatting with her friend, Fonda's dramatic weight loss transformation was on full display, with the retired actress wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt and black pants. Fonda added dark sunglasses with her hair pulled back into a relaxed updo style, smiling as she walked.
The actress looked noticeably slimmer than she did during an appearance in 2023 with her son, Oliver, whom she shares with husband Danny Elfman. In 2024, Fonda was spotted again while traveling, already looking slimmer than the year before.

During her 2023 outing, Fonda addressed the possibility of her returning to the entertainment industry over 20 years after she decided to retire from acting.
When asked if there was a chance she'd act again, she quickly replied, "No. I don't think [there's any chance]. It's too nice being a civilian." She was then asked if there was a specific director who might change her mind, but she sternly stuck with her original answer of "No."
Fonda, whose aunt is actress Jane Fonda, has worked with many prominent directors in the past, including Francis Ford Coppola, Cameron Crowe and Quentin Tarantino, among others. Her last on-screen appearance was in 2002 in the TV miniseries Snow Queen, while she also acted in The Chris Isaak Show the same year.
She is married to Elfman, an award-winning composer and singer-songwriter, leading the band Oingo Boingo. He is known for working with Tim Burton on a number of hit movies like Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Batman and many more. He also wrote the songs and score for The Nightmare Before Christmas and was the singing voice of Jack Skellington.
