"Boston Rob" takes his role as a dad very seriously, regularly sharing updates of his girls on Instagram.
Earlier this week, he shared a cute flick of Isa squinking into a microscope on a science class field trip. "From the swamp to the laboratory… my little Scientist #IsabettaRose on the 6th Grade Field Trip!!!" he captioned the post.
One week prior, he shared a few pictures from his and Lucia's father-daughter golf game. The two can be seen smiling together in a golf cart selfie, and a second snap shows Lucia practicing her form and preparing to hit the ball.
"The Best part about #LuciaRose learning to play Golf ⛳️ is the extra time We get to spend together! ♥️ @lpga_tour," he wrote.

Over two decades ago, Rob and Amber, 46, met and fell in love while filming Survivor: All-Stars in 2003. She famously claimed the million, but Rob arguably won the real prize, proposing during the show's live finale in 2004 before the two married on April 16, 2005, at the Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
In May, Rob opened up to PEOPLE about his longtime relationship, sharing, "We dedicate everything to our family. That's what this is all about."
He went on to praise Amber as a mother, saying that "she balances and handles everything pretty gracefully" and noting that managing the girls' social calendars and emotional lives is "a lot." He added, "My mom was a great mom growing up, and I feel like my kids have that too. I feel so lucky for them and so grateful to her."
