Bonnie Hunt hilariously reveals why Taylor Kinney kept 'flirting' with her and wanted her phone number
Well, that was embarrassing.
Aging can be uncomfortable, even for TV stars like Bonnie Hunt.
"You know the guy that was engaged to Lady Gaga who's on Chicago Fire?" the 63-year-old Life with Bonnie star said on The Talk Thursday of Taylor Kinney, who's 43. "So I meet him in Chicago at a fundraiser for, like, you know, medical research. And he's kind of talking to me, and I'm like, 'Is he flirting with me or am I imagining it?' I'm like, 'I hope so!' So I think about this for a while and then the event's over, but he talked to me and stuff."
"And then there's another charity event like a year and half later. I run into him, and...he comes up to me...and he says 'Bonnie, hi.' He goes, 'Gosh, I've been thinking about you since I saw you.' I'm like, 'I knew it! He's flirting with me.' He says, 'But I didn't have your number, and I couldn't contact you.' And my, I mean, I'm telling you guys, my whole body changed…all the sudden I was 25 again."
But this was the part where she was wrong.

"And he says to me, 'I wanted to call you because I thought maybe you could play my mom on the show,'" she finished.
Ouch.

In all seriousness, Hunt can probably skip that role, because she stays pretty busy. She appeared on the talk show to promote her new holiday movie, Red One, in which she plays Mrs. Claus.
Directed by Jake Kasdan, the cast of the action comedy is stacked with recognizable names, including J.K. Simmons, who plays Santa, as well as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Lucy Liu, Chris Evans, and Kiernan Shipka. The plot is that Santa Claus, whose security code name is Red One, is kidnapped, and Johnson and Evans must team up to rescue him.
