Biscoff’s New Collab Will Have Fans Sprinting to Grab It Before It Sells Out

Carvel saw Biscoff fans' response to Costco restocking its famed Biscoff Ice Cream Cake and McDonald's limited-edition McFlurry flavor and, evidently, felt inspired.

The beloved chain just revealed it teamed up with the cult cookie brand to create "delectable" new soft serve and scooped ice cream flavors that add "a sweet, crunchy twist" to some of its most popular menu items.

The newly-added Biscoff Cookie ice cream flavor is available in a scooped form or as soft serve, and it brings a custom topping with it: the Biscoff Carvel Crunchies, which are made using Vanilla Carvel Crunchies that have been "tossed in a white bonnet hard shell and mixed with Biscoff Cookie crumbles," per an official statement shared with Parade.

As for the frozen treat, the Biscoff Cookie soft serve takes "delicious caramelized Biscoff cookies" and swirls them into Carvel’s Original Soft Serve, "creating the perfect creamy, crunchy treat." The scooped version appears to be a little different, with "swirls of caramel and Biscoff Carvel Crunchies™ for that signature crunch."

Along with the staple dairy-based desserts, fans can sprinkle on a little extra sweetness by upgrading their ice cream to a milkshake or sundae. The Biscoff Cookie Shake is described as "pure bliss" blending its limited-edition ice cream with Biscoff Carvel Crunchies, while the Biscoff Cookie Sundae Dasher goes the extra mile with layers of soft serve, Biscoff Carvel Crunchies and caramel that's topped with whipped cream.

Two more fan-favorite Carvel treats are also getting the Biscoff Cookie treatment: its Flying Saucer, which sandwiches Biscoff Cookie Soft Serve between Carvel’s signature chocolate wafers that are rolled in Biscoff Carvel Crunchies, and Carvel's ice cream pops, made with the Biscoff Cookie Soft Serve that's been dipped in a white bonnet hard shell and rolled in Biscoff Carvel Crunchies.

So far, fans' responses have been pretty positive, with one Instagram user cheering, "Let's go."

"The best!" another added.

Carvel's limited-edition Biscoff Cookie collaboration is currently available at participating locations for a limited time or as long as supplies last.
