'I said yes to the dress': Bindi Irwin gives sneak peek of wedding gown

She got engaged just two months ago and now Bindi Irwin has said yes to the dress.

The 21-year-old daughter of late Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin, took to her Instagram page to give her 2.7 million followers a first look at her wedding gown.

Bindi is preparing to marry Chandler Powell at Australia Zoo next year and going by this photo, she’ll be clad in an ornate, long-sleeved, lace gown for the joyful day.

“I said yes to the dress,” Bindi captioned the snap, which showed off a tiny hint of the lace sleeve and featured her beautiful engagement ring, which is estimated to have cost up to $70,000.

Wedding at the zoo

At the beginning of September, Bindi confirmed details of her wedding to Chandler in a cute Instagram post, showing the couple cradling a fluffy koala.

“We’re looking forward to celebrating our wedding day next year at Australia Zoo,” she wrote.

“Of course the day will be filled with family, friends and lots of gorgeous animals (koala cuddles are a must)!”.

Engagement

Bindi and Chandler got engaged on the Australia Zookeeper’s 21st birthday in July.

Bindi made the announcement on Instagram, telling fans she’s “so looking forward to spending forever as your wife”.

“On my birthday I said ‘yes’ and ‘forever’ to the love of my life,” Bindi wrote.

“Chandler, close to 6 years ago I fell in love with you and every day since has been a whirlwind of adventure and true happiness. I’m so looking forwarding to spending our forever together as your wife. Here’s to a lifetime of friendship, purpose and unconditional love. — Now let’s get married already!”
