It was meant to be a classic Instagram post that promotes a sexy new bikini.

But followers of swimwear brand, Oh Polly, were quick to point out a key error made on one of the company’s latest additions to its social media account.

A video of influencer Sarah Ashcroft wearing a racy neon orange bikini was posted on Oh Polly’s Insta account, however it seems the brand failed to tag the correct person, which in the world of Instagram influencing can make all the difference.

“She adding the HEAT to that island life @sarahashcroft looks stunning in the HERE’S THE SCOOP bikini set in neon orange, also available in neon yellow”, read the caption.

“Wrong tag,” wrote one eagle-eyed follower.

“Wrong tag on Sarah,” echoed another.

Instead of tagging the correct handle, @sarahhashcroft, the swim brand misspelt the influencer’s name and missed out on reaching Sarah’s one million followers.

Nonetheless, there’s no denying the high demand for the neon bikini, with others commenting their praises for the tank-top style top teamed with daringly high-cut bottoms.

Sarah herself shared the same video in which she models the look while soaking up the sun in Bali.
